Board Memo 046 2020 USPS HQ Extends Additional Pay for Field EAS

Please be aware NO Supervisor/Manager/Postmaster should be using their private vehicle unless you have notified your personal insurance company and have that specific vehicle listed on your insurance as being used for work. In the event you have an accident the Postal Service will not cover your vehicle. We have had cases regarding this in the past and the supervisor was not covered. In addition their personal insurance would not cover them because the vehicle was being used in the course of business and their policy did not stipulate such.
